Heli-One is the first to develop a repair for AW139 exhaust ducts, providing customers with a more affordable option than replacing a damaged duct. Our repair process and fabricated parts are an economical and more efficient solution and ensures part durability and longevity. 

Repair Process

1. Pre-repair inspection and analysis.
2. Weld and patch repairs.
3. Repair and/or replacement of cracked and distorted exhaust duct suspension brackets (2nd Generation) or insulation blanket (1st Generation).
4. Post repair inspection and certification. After the repair process, exhaust will have a significantly improved operational lifetime.

Benefits

With a repair, you can save up to 70% over the cost of a replacement.	Our experienced technicians have performed over 400 duct repairs: we are equipped to handle a large volume of repairs with a high level of efficiency.
We can complete exhaust repairs quickly: 30 days TAT for 1st Generation ducts and 10-15 days for 2nd Generation ducts.	We have custom tooling and benches dedicated to exhaust repairs. Our improved efficiency means a quicker repair time for customers.
